Profession 2: Leatherworking
Skill Level: 439
Names of Alts Actively Played on: None
Talent Build
Name/Description: PvE Mutilate
Point Distribution: 51 / 13 / 7
Justification: It has the highest potential dps for the gear I have available to me for the time being
Glyphs(PVE Oriented)
Major Glyphs: Mutilate, Hunger for Blood, and Rupture
Minor Glyphs: Safe Fall, Blurred Speed, and Vanish
Stats
Prioritize the following stats RELEVANT TO YOU in order of MOST important to LEAST: Agility, Strength, Intellect, Spirit, Stamina, Defense, Expertise, Hit, Armor Penetration, Crit, Spell Power, Spell Penetration
Hit, Agility, Expertise, Armor Pen, Crit, Stamina, followed by everything else
Which stats are you looking to improve on your gear? Please quantify these amounts:
I would like to see generally higher Attack Power (Up to 4k Unbuffed) , Agility (Up to 1.4k-ish) and Critical percentage ( If I can budget it in without losing to many other things up to 40%). After that I want to stay at expertise cap while gaining around 200 armor penetration rating, to float safely between 300-400 hit rating and actually lose some of my haste and get it down to around 250-275ish.
RAIDING AVAILABILITY (Yes/No answers only)
(we raid 6:30-11:00pm server Sunday to Thursday) DO NOT LIE. We expect full regular attendance from each raider, so if your school or work schedule will not allow this, Do Not Apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Do you mind respecing if needed? Not at all
Rate your ability at playing your class's other spec(s) on a scale from 1-10: 8
List your DPS/Tanking/Healing Rotation: I’ll open with a garrote then hunger for blood immediately then SnD with a single combo point and hope for proc off of Ruthlessness. After that I’ll mutilate and Envenom then mutilate to 3+ combo points then rupture. After that I can usually do a mutilate and envenom three times before I have to mutilate rupture all the while keeping hunger for blood up and giving totts to either a dps or tank depending on the fight.

Please tell us a bit about yourself, your play-style, why you like your class, why you like raiding, why Monolithic, and anything else you'd like to share with us.
First I’d like to say that even though my app doesn’t look entirely impressive I can learn quickly and pull my own weight in a raid. Second, I’d like to explain why my resume looks a little less then impressive. For the last three months I had until recently been floating between guild and not playing the game very seriously due to the amount of time I could play. This forced me to pug anything and everything if I wanted to raid, which is not exactly the best way to get things done especially any amount of hardmodes.
I was in minilithic already for a brief stint as a friend status. I left to be able to raid without having to pug everything; which is exactly what I had been doing for those three previous months. Fair to Northrend has quite a few of my old friends from BC days but I think I’d like to be a little more serious about raiding.
I’m taking a class that directly conflicts with raid schedule for Mondays and Tuesdays but it ends after next week. I should be able to keep about a 90% raid attendance and I only leave that last 10% open because not everything is predictable in my life right now. With that being said a sort of odd situation occurs when the school year starts up again, I would be able to make every raid more easily than I could right now.
If anything is unclear please feel free to ask me either here via forum reply or in game. Thanks for your time!

Any questions about your gear or rotation and stuff I can address in game. I can seriously say that Mistreatment is one of the finer rogues I've played with, even though I are bad and that doesn't mean much, he is a phenomenal player and he has a great attitude, he's there for the first kills and will be there when we need him.

I know Mistreatment IRL; he's very committed to expanding his knowledge of the rogue class - he'll talk my ear off about theorycrafting, BiS gear, etc. Even if he isn't able to play WoW, he's still improving his game while outside of WoW.
He was our top dps in Fair To Northrend in BC, and he's always riding the upper 3 or 4 damage meter positions in Naxxramas and whatnot with non-BiS gear. He's got a glass ceiling with his current equipment, but he's proven to me time and again the limits of a dps class lie heavily with the player rather than the gear.
