Please tell us a bit about yourself, your play-style, why you like your class, why you like raiding, why Monolithic, and anything else you'd like to share with us.
I find myself to be a pretty hardcore raider, Im a fun guy to joke around with but when its time to work I wanna get things done, 1 wipe is to many research the fight before hand so your not clueless, raids in LK are a joke compared to the old days no reason for suckiness. Im always looking to better myself if theres a tank that better than me Ill want to talk to him and learn how I can make myself stronger in order to benifit the raid. I hope youll consider my app seriously, hope to be fighting along side of you guys soon,

Gear and experience is lacking considering guild's current position in Ulduar, Spec is cookie cutter threat spec, my personal change is the two points in Cruelty aren't needed seeing as all of our main abilities already have so much extra crit chance on them due to talents that an extra 2% isn't worth it. So put em into Shield Specialization, especially for 3.2 it'll offer way more rage for dumping with Heroic Strikes. Expertise and hit are a little low, as we all know I love my expertise but soft cap is something that MUST be obtained there is just no two ways about it. So currently you are lacking 12 expertise, which could be made up switching a few gems around. As well for many bosses taunt switches are paramount to the sucess of the encounter and in order to ensure those happen hit cap, 8% or 263 rating must be obtained otherwise you are gambling someone else's life with RNG.

For being a hardcore raider and not having either the Sons of Hodir rep exalted or the Wintergrasp Stamina/resilience shoulder enchant, is not too good.

I guess I don't have much in the way of questions, just pointing stuff out.

My only question would be, why is your experience with Wrath's content so lacking?

I Understand your concern, only reason for my lack of LK content is, I'm in the military and my last deployment was Aug08-May09 and having the release date during my absence I was not able to play, currently my guild is getting into Ulduar I believe that they are 4/14 or 5/14 I know there on Iron Council, Id be raiding with them as I'm the MT normally, but given my situation (me having to work at 7 every morning except weekends) and there raid times not even starting until 1030 my time, its kind of insane me trying to raid with them, I tried for a while but it just ended up in me lacking performance at work, And thank you for the tips I will definitely try them out, like I said I'm always wanting to improve myself, please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm anxious to get back into the raiding seen and I'm not sure how many more Pugs I can take lol

Murpha seemd a decent sort in the 25 man naxx I did with him this weekend.
But Naxx is easy and uldar isn't as forgiving. Mabee You could come to my 10 man Uldar this week and see how you fair.
